That secret is to KEEP IT SIMPLE!
Stop reinventing the wheel and customizing your service to fit each individual client’s needs. Stop getting distracted by every cool new idea and clutter your business model with too many offerings. Instead, KEEP IT SIMPLE and create one hot-selling, leveraged online program.
Online programs are the best and easiest way to grow your profits, while creating more freedom and fulfillment in your life. Programs, by default, help you KEEP IT SIMPLE!
So, how do you go from overwhelm to simplicity? First, start by working smarter, not harder. Create more free time and profits in your business.
To do this, you first need to have faith that you are not trapped. You create your life and you manifest everything in it. You can have the results you want, but you need to be open and receive support. I encourage you to FORGET the words, “I can’t, I’m already too busy!”
Instead ask, “How can I?” I have worked with 1,000’s of entrepreneurs over the past decade and most of them start my programs even when they’re really busy. But they create time for what’s most important. And when you’re truly committed, the universe supports you in making your vision real.
So here’s a tip to create more time in your schedule to simplify and grow your leveraged business:
First you need to start thinking of all your services as programs. Stop thinking about what you charge per hour. Package your sessions into a series, and call it a program. Give it a title that expresses the outcome your clients want. Guide them through a transformation to get to where they want to go.
For example, to create more room in your schedule now, you can have a private program of 4 sessions (an hour each) for $997. Or this price point could be more depending on how you value your time, but that’s a great place to start.
I recommend this be the minimum package you offer. Don’t sell your time for less. This is going to help you focus only on your most committed clients and raise the dollar amount of every sale you make. So, you’re going to make more with less work.
Let’s say you want to make $8,000 a month just with your private services. It would only take you 32 hours a month to deliver the sessions for 8 private programs.
That’s about 8 hours a week! You should easily have an extra 2 days a week (or more) to work on creating your group programs and growing with more leverage and profits.
I want to share a story about a client named Nicole Young. My course had a profound impact on her life and this didn’t involve any 1-1 sessions with me.
